25′-26′ Flu Clinics will be held: Sept. 30th from 5-7pm, Oct. 13th (Indigenous People’s Day) from 9am – 4pm, and Nov. 11th (Veteran’s Day) from 9am – 4pm. Covid-19 Vaccines will be offered if stock is available in the office at the time of the clinic (we DO anticipate having it in time).

Our office will be providing the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine (25′-26′ formula) when it becomes available to any of our patients who request it in order to protect themselves or members of their household from illness, per NYS guidelines. Please call our office if you would like schedule your child’s vaccine visit.
