25′-26′ Flu Clinics *by appointment* will be held: Sept. 30th from 5-7pm, Oct. 13th (Indigenous People’s Day) from 9am – 4pm, and Nov. 11th (Veteran’s Day) from 9am – 4pm. Covid-19 Vaccines will also be available during the clinics. -Regularly scheduled Flu Vaccine appointments are available daily Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.

Covid-19 vaccines now available for all ages! Our office is offering the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine (25′-26′ formula) to any of our patients who request it in order to protect themselves or members of their household from illness, per NYS guidelines. Please call our office if you would like to schedule your child’s vaccine visit.
