2025-2026 Covid-19 Vaccine Information

Our office will be providing the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine (2025-2026 formula) when it becomes available for any of our patients aged 6months and above who wish to receive it.

Vaccines are being administered by appointment only, so please call our office to schedule your child’s vaccine.

Please see below for current information and recommendations from the CDC regarding the Covid-19 vaccine as a part of your child’s immunization schedule:

 

COVID-19 vaccination
(minimum age: 6 months [Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines], 12 years [Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine])

Shared clinical decision-making
Ages 6 month–17 years who are NOT moderately or severely immunocompromised.
Shared clinical decision-making vaccinations are individually based and informed by a decision process between the health care provider and the patient or parent/guardian. Where the parent presents with a desire for their child to be vaccinated, children 6 months and older may receive COVID-19 vaccination, informed by the clinical judgment of a healthcare provider and personal preference and circumstances. 2025-2026 Flu Vaccine Availability

Scheduled Flu Vaccine appointments are available daily Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • The 25′-26′ Flu vaccine will be available near the end of August 2025 and is recommended for all patients 6months and older.
  • Getting a flu vaccine can help reduce the risk of complications from the influenza virus.  This is especially true for those with asthma or other breathing difficulties.
  • Most insurances including Medicaid and Child Health Plus cover the flu vaccine with no out of pocket cost
